Product Description

Cast Steel Shot is manufactured from the melted steel wire, casted to granular shot form with different sizes for different applications. It is produced under a controlled manufacturing process to achieve a product of uniform hardness, density and microstructure, coupled with good toughness for durability. These factors result in an abrasive of correct hardness and shape to perform its cleaning function as well as an extended abrasive life.

Cast Steel Shot is widely used as a media for descaling steel components prior to coating, sand removing any size casting, rust-removing and intensification of forgings, heat treated pieces, steel plates, pipes, steel structures, cutting of rocks etc. Besides, the high hardness steel shot is also used for peening in so wild aspect as auto parts, aviation parts like turbine blades, airplane wing frame etc., machine parts like gears, tools and cutting tools etc. And casting mold like forgings, steel rollings, castings, rubbers mold etc.
