Pipe locking machine is mainly used for buckling processing for high pressure rubber pipe assembly in the mechanical engineering. It can also be used for buckling the two-way bends, especially large bends and irregular shape bends.
This machine features small and portable appearance, big force, low noise and easy to operate. The buckling amount can be precise adjusted through a scale. It makes the mould base division to be more even through the double inclined plane eight-flap mould seat equipped with a high accuracy guiding device.

III. Installation and Operation
1. Add sufficiently 79 liters of Great Wall brand 46# anti-abrasion hydraulic oil. If the room temperature is lower than 10, 10% transformer oil is need to add.

Maintenance
Thydraulic oil in the oil tank should be frequently checked, if oil amount is found to be insufficient, the oil shall be timely supplemented. If the oil liquid is polluted, it shall be filtered or replaced.

VI. Promise
We will provide a guarantee to keep the machine in good repair within half a year from the date when the machine is purchased. All fitting troubles will be free of charge repaired (or replaced if necessary) during the guarantee period. The damage resulted from improper use o accident damage does not belong to free of charge repair range.

2. Accuracy:
The filler is equipped with T3806 electronic scale of great precision, constituting the controller with electric elements. Whether you fill a small cylinder of 0.5 kg or a big extinguisher of 35 kg, all you have to do is just to set up the weight to be filled on the electronic scale. When the set-up weight is filled, the machine will stop of itself.
3. Quickness:
More than 8kg per minute.

4. Economy
Only one worker is needed to finish whole filling action, cylinder movement.
5. Automatic Cleaning
The filler functions to clean automatically. It will clean once after filling one extinguisher without the use of manual cleaning filter. An automatic switch for cleaning is fixed separately. For cleaning you have to press the button only and the filler will clean thoroughly of itself.
6. Pollution-free
The filler is placed in the filling shop while the powder is stored in the warehouse, separating the powder source from the workshop and completely avoiding the pollution by dust. Using the filler, powder can be smoothly filled into the fire extinguisher.
