III, Brief introduction of every part
Delivery belt part
1 lifting and falling (lifting the extinguisher on the delivery belt, make the extinguisher slide from the delivery belt )
2 Rough filling part ( 90% powder be filled in the cylinder)
3 Fine filling part
4 Vibration part (makes the powder filled in the cylinder loose, be easy to put the pipe into the cylinder. )
5 Screwing part (screw the valve automatically. )
6 Overturn/upturn the extinguisher cylinder body ( if above 4 kg cylinder, you had better choose this part, the function: Improve gas filling effect
7 Gas filling part
8 Fire extinguisher leakage test part (including water test and helium test)
The HE leakage test includes the mechanical arm and HE leakage test system.

1 Delivery belt part
This part includes delivery belt, controlling cylinder, reducer, front falling and lifting equipment and behind falling and lifting equipment. The purpose of this part is for connecting all the parts, making all the process of production to be continuous and automatic.

2 Rough filling part
This part adopts Vacuum jet. The dry powder sucking force is made by the Vacuum of the fire extinguisher cylinder. The filling speed of this part is very high and little error. The setting filling weight is 90% of the total weight. The weighing device would display the data and when the data is the setting data, this part will stop automatically.

3 Fine filling part
This part adopts spiral dry powder filling type and the speed is adjustable. It mainly includes the spiral powder feeding machine driven by motor, stainless powder tank, falling and lifting frame, controller. After the finish of rough filling, the fire extinguisher moves to the fine filling part, the blocker makes the precise location, lifting the fire extinguisher and press the lifting and falling button on the main controlling panel, adjusting the distance between the material outlet and fire extinguisher. This part can removing the dust and the dry powder left on the top of the fire extinguisher.

4 Vibration part
Using the force made by electrical vibration part, this part makes the dry powder filled in the cylinder loose, so it would be easy to put the pipe into the cylinder.

5 Screwing part
The location of this part is made by electrical proximity switch and blocker and the sensor installed on the fire extinguisher special Chuck make the location of fire extinguisher valve and the air cylinder and motor screw the valve automatically.

6 Gas filling part
This part mainly includes electrical proximity switch, blocker, two lifting and falling equipment, fire extinguisher up clip, gas filling equipment. The pressure gauge and PLC promise the automatic control. All the actions in this part is controlled by cylinder.

7 Fire extinguisher leakage test part
This part can be divided into two types: Water leakage test and HE leakage test. Water leakage test is consisted with mechanical arm, Propeller, three trays which the fire extinguisher is put in, falling and lifting rotating frame, electrical reducer. The mechanical arm is controlled by PLC. The purpose is put the fire extinguisher to the trays from the delivery belt. The HE leakage test includes the mechanical arm and HE leakage test system.
