Product Description
LZP intelligent differential pressure (Equilibrium) flow meter is a great improvement based on the conventional standard orifice-plate flow meter that has only one flow passage. With more flow passages on the flow sensor, LZP flow meter ensures irregular fluid can be changed into ideal state when it passes the flow sensor, and ensures double functions of throttling or pressure tapping and reshaping standard flow field, which is a revolutionary advance for the conventional fluid measurement technology. It can be a replacement for many differential pressure flow meters (e. G. Standard orifice-plate, V cone, venturi tube, velocity-averaging tube, wedge, elbow), applicable for measuring multi fluids.
Compared with standard orifice-plate flow meter, LZP intelligent differential pressure (Equilibrium) flow meter can provide more accurate measurement by 5-10 times, 1/15 of flowing noise, 1/3 of permanent pressure loss, twice faster pressure recovery, and can correct and offset parameters by its pressure and temperature sensors according to constant changes of surrounding pressure and temperature, reaching real flow rate. This flow meter has the straight pipes whose minimal diameter can be less than 0.5D with no movable parts, making it easy as standard orifice-plate flow meter in installation and usage, saving large amount of straight pipes and energy consumption for fluid movement. It has integrated output of flow rate, temperature and pressure. It is suitable for measuring many kinds of mediums. It is widely used as energy-efficient equipment.
LZP intelligent differential pressure (Equilibrium) flow meter is made from flow rate sensor, pressure sensor, pressure control valve, temperature sensor, differential pressure transmitter and LED display screen. It's a combination equipment of flow rate output, temperature and pressure measuring. Flow rate sensor (throttling element) is an orifice-plate with many orifice rather than just one on the standard orifice-plate flow meter. It balance the flowing medium when it pass the throttling element, eddy current will be reduced to the minimum, medium will become ideal fluid approximation. Stable pressure signal will be taken through pressure sensor, volume flow and mass flow will be worked out according to Bernoulli equation. With fitted pressure and temperature sensor, the parameter of the flowing medium can be taken on-the-spot. It also output an electric signal of 4~20mA, in order to work with other equipment to achieve automatic control.
The standard orifice-plate has just one orifice, which will generate large amount of eddy current, consumption of fluid kinetic energy, and lead to serious permanent pressure loss. The noise generated by random and chaotic eddy current will cause fluctuations at the pressure taking point, and reduce the linearity and repeatability. With only one orifice on the throttling element, the medium require a very long straight pipeline to order flow and recovery the pressure
Installation and Attentions
1. The equipment can be installed horizontal, vertical or tilt. Fluids should be flowing from bottom to the top when vertical or tilt installed. Fluids should be fulfilled the pipeline no matter which way of installation.
2. LCD back light can be switched on when working environment lack of light.
3. Display screen shouldn't be uninstalled by anyone at anytime other than manufacturer.
