Product Description

The H-beam assembling machine is the main equipment to assemble and spot-weld the different H beam steel structure such as symmetry, dissymmetry, eccentricity and variable cross-section. The machine use one-side manual/electric adjusting with linking rod and another side pressing tightly with hydraulic pressure, which use different speed of welding and empty moving and improves working efficiency.

1. Input roller:
1)length: 12000mm
2)diameter of the rollers: Dia. 158mm
3)space between rollers: 1001.5mm
4)feeding speed: 0.5~5.5mm/min
5)driving mode: Driven by motor¡ª¡ªgearbox¡ª¡ªrollers
6)drive: Speed timing motor, 4KW, 380V
7)flange clamping device: 3 sets clamping synchronous to make flange flange clamping in the centerline of rollers.
8)web clamping device: 3sets clamping with linking rod to make web clampingin the centerline of flange.

2. Output rollers
1) Length: 12000mm
2) diameter of the rollers: Dia. 160mm
3) space between rollers: 1375mm
4) feeding speed: 0.5~5.5mm/min
5) drive: The same motor as in the input rollers
2. Welder(at customers' choice) 1) KR350 2units(China);
2)Panasonic welder(USA);

3. Power: Feeding motor 4kW, hydraulic motor 3kW, each welder 18kW
