Product Description
Bag-on-valve(BOV) is a very new developed assorted valve to the traditional valves, it's completely environmental and can be recyclable for many times. It can be widely used for production of all kinds of aerosol products, such as: Shaving foam, body spray, inner & outer engine cleaner, and many other products. It's the best replacement to the traditional valves, as BOV has several obivios advantages compared to the traditional valves:
1. It's very safe for packaging most of aerosol products as it uses compressed air as propellant instead of LPG, Freon, Butane gas, DME, CO2 and others. It can eliminate the possibility of any flammability and explosion occur to the aerosol products;
2. Binary aerosol packaging unit change in the original aerosol spray can upright the effect of 360 degrees in any direction injection.
3. BOV can be recyclable for many times, so it can save very considerable expenses for purchasing valves. The use of the dual liner bags for the aerosol formulations to effectively solve the corrosion liquid outside the tank, to extend the use of the product.
4. BOV can also lower production costs, saving energy while keeing our living environment to be polluted.
