Product Description

BS-SDM Strong dispersing mixer series are advanced equipment which can be widely used for chemical products dispersion and mixing productions. It has both gantry-type and single arm-type structures. A hydraulic lifting system is available to use which is very convenient for the mixed material movement, emission and clean-up. Mixing form includes double pairs of high-speed dispersion (speed around 0-1500rpm) and Low-speed hill-shaped scraping edge or a single-pole-type scraper edge( speed around 0-33rpm). With the unique mechanical seal and positioning device, also with the simple operation, they've been well approved and accepted by customers.

Strong dispersing mixer can be used for mixing powder to liquid, liquid to liquid. They're one of the most popular mixing machines for production of chemical products, such as silicone sealants, polyurethane sealants, mold rubber sealants, paints, coatings, toothpaste, inks, electrode paste and so on.
