Product Description

BS-HVP High speed hydraulic vessel press is essential accessory equipment for BS-SDM Mixer. It can extrude the produced products from the 500L or 1000L vessels into 200L standard iron barrels. Then the refilling procedure can be proceeded.

The complete hydraulic vessel press machine is made up of framework, hanger, platen, circular section rubber seal ring, platen guide rod, hydraulic system(hydraulic station) and electric control system, etc...

Framework for supporting hanger and the vessel, the installation of hydraulic cylinder, platen guide rod, travel switches and electrical control box, wires and oil pipes layout;

Hanger can ensure the discharging port of vessel located at the specified height while promoting the vessel to discharge materials; And it can release the burthen of the vessel castors to prevent the casters to be damaged in the course of materials discharging;

Platen installed on the cylinder rod, it's used to discharge materials coordinated with circular section rubber seal ring;

Platen guide rod is used to prevent platen rotation, installed with the up-stroke limit adjustment block and the down-stroke adjustment block;

Hydraulic system implements platen up and down movement (Note: Rapidly rise in order to increase the effeciency, slowly down to control the oil temperature), and provide enough pressure to the platen, and adopts an overflow valve which can ensure the machine work safely and stably;

Electronic control system is mainly used for controlling the oil pump.
