Polyurethane Sandwich Panel

Structure: Upper and layer of the panel use colored prepainted galvanized steel sheet. Alternative materials are zincalume-coated steel sheet. Alminum coated steel sheet. Confingurated prepainted galvanized steel sheet, etc. Core material use polyurethane hard foam which is the best thermal insulating agent currently known.

Light weight about 10-14kg/sqm
Excellent thermal insulation property: V=0.025w/m. K
High load-bearing ability and good integral stiffness

Polyurethane core material are injected into two layer steel sheets as liquids then solidified under the pressure, and polyurethane itself is colloid, thus it makes PU panel have very good integrality. Also, because upper surface of the PUR panel has been formed as special designed profile, its integral stiffness is much higher than other similar kinds of material. Adopting PUR roof panel may save 1/3 amount of steel used in purlin.

Reasonable and Simplified Connection:

The lapped and scarf connections are used by PUR roof panel to avoid roof leakage. The socket and plug type connection between PUW wall panels make PUW wall easy to assemble, less amounts of auxiliary parts and fine exterior.

The roof and wall for industrial building, warehouse, large public building and so on.
