Product Description

Water chillers adopt the hermetic compressors and each compressor must pass tests as follows:

A. First, reliability experiments for Motor,
1. Max. Continuous current test.
2. Superheat protect test.
3. Motor block-torque test.
4. Start/stop test; More than 500, 000 times.
5. Actuating test of thermal protect: More than 2, 000 times.

B. Second, the life test of the driving and
1. Compression parts.
2. Liquid strike test.
3. Max. Load running test.
4. Max. Flow rate test
5. Max. Compression ratio test.
The above various of tests are man-simulated in the extremely disgusting conditions, these may not happen in the normal running.

Heat Exchanger
Condensers are made from high efficient tubes. All shell parts are made from the seamless steel tubes. Design pressure of the refrigerant side of condenser is 2.0 MPa, design pressure of the cooling water side 0.4 MPa. Design pressure of the refrigerant side of the evaporator is 1.4 MPa, and the chilled water side 1.05 MPa.

Electric Control
Water chillers are automatically controlled. The range of loading can regulate according to the customers' requirements, and show the chilled water temperature of the inlet/outlet, and operate very easily.

Safety Protection
In addition to the compressor with self-protection devices, the unit is equipped with such safety devices as high pressure, low pressure, low temperature, chilled water-shortage, and cooling water-shortage protection safety valve, etc. Ensure the unit operate safely.
