High speed door data:
1. Guide rail: 2.0mm thickness, cold plate manufactured by Bao Steel, China. The stainless steel guide rail can be selected in order to increase the clean degree, be convenient for cleaning management, and resist differential pressure of 100Pa (standard type).

2. Driving device: We take high quality motors, strong brakes, turbine reducer, double high-tension chains. We also have manually operating device in case of power failure.

3. Control system: Power AC Single phase220V 50Hz. Three phases 380V 50Hz. Standard frequency conversion control system

Wall switch
The motor is euqipped with anti-overloading switch.
Motor: 0.75k watt
We could provide several control ways, like button, cord, remote control, wireless radar, ground magnetic., visual mornitor (optional).

4. Opening and closing speed 80cm/sec--120cm/sec.

5. Safety settings: The integrated window sections make obstacles behind the door visible and allow light into the premises. The bottom EDGE has a sensor which reverses the door instantly if there is an obstacle in its path.

6. Cloth slats: The slats are made of 0.8mm-1.0mm inner fiber internal-woven nylon curtain cloth imported from France which boast great tensile ductility and penetration resistant property. Lined with reinforcing ribs. Fitted with reinforcing windshield beam at the bottom of the door and weighing cloth bags to seal the door with the ground. The slats are diversified in colors and customers can choose their favorite color. The medium section of the door can use transparent slats. In addtional, we could provide low temperature available cloth which could be used -25celsius.
