Slag remover is made by pozzolona. It can be expanded to
7-10times in volume when heated at 800-900 º C. Characterized by Porosity, high specific area and high viscosity in molten iron temperature, Z-3M slag remover has strong capability to catch slag by absorbing and reacting with slag that float on liquid iron. Z-3M slag remover is also acting as insulating material to keep iron liquid warm and didn't cling on lining inside furnace and easy to be removed. Z-3M is suitable for removing slag both inside ladle and furnace. |
