Acetic Silicone Sealant for Large Scale Glass Panel

Description:
BLD588 is one component, acetic, solidification in room-temperature,convenient to use,solidfy quickly, excellent weatherability, good adhesion to most building materials.Widly used on adhension and sealing for many materials,such as     glass,alumium alloy,ceramics,glass fiber,non-oily wood and applied on large projects. 
 
Application:
(1) Structural adhesion and sealing for large scale plate glass,
(2) Structural adhesion and sealing for goldfish bowl,
(3) Adhesion and sealing for point type glass projects, 
(4) Adhesion and sealing for lighting glass roof,
(5)Installation for kinds alluminum and stainless steel windows and doors.
 
Usage:
(1) Rinse the surface where you will stick with acetone or other solvent;
(2) Paste the low viscosity adhesive tape on the place that needs protection; Recondition and remove the adhesive tape before the sealant becomes solidifying;
(3) Product applicability should be confirmed in user's sole judgment.Please do the compatibility test before official use to make sure that it can stick well with the substrate materials and full the interface,otherwise we are not responsible for any complaints of application.
(4) Guarantee the degree of saturation in the gap when you working.
(5) It will not stick the fingers within 1 hour, 7 mm thickness cured in 7days and reach the adhesion strength.
(6) Clean up uncured sealant with cloth or solvent(such as turpentine),remove excessive solidfied sealant with sharp knife.
 
Limitation:
 
(1) Not suitable for materials that bleed grease, frost-laden or wet surfaces, airless place, temperature below 4ºC or above 40ºC.
(2) Not used as structural sealant
 
 
Safety:
(1) Use in well ventilated areas. 
(2) In case of eye contact, flush with water and seek medical attention immediately.
(3) Keep out of the reach of children, avoid long time touch with skin.
 
 
Storage:
Should be stored separately in cool and dry places, temperature below 27°C.
18 months shelf life since the date of production.
Transport:
Transported as unhazardous goods.
 
Color:
Black,white and other colors for customer's needs.
