Product Description
Material: 92% alumina
Bulk density is normally over 3.6g/cm3
Tolerance for length and width: +/-1%
The smallest tolerance for 6mm thickness: +/-0.5mm(need be controlled specially)
Note: The content of Calcium is lower, the wear resistance is better
The thickness is thinner, the tolerance of flatness and thickness is more difficult to control.
The content of alumina is higher, the corrosion and the high temperature resistance is better.
Packing: Tiles are put in carton box, every tile is separated by 3mm cardboard, the box are put on pallet.
High wear resistance, acid and alkli resistance, effectively prolong the service life of equipment and considered to be the best choice of anti-wearing and anti-corrosion material; Wear resistance of ceramic is 266 times than that of special manganese, 171.5 times to high chrome cast iron; Hardness is much higher than that of wear-resistant steel and stainless steel.
