Main uses:
Benzophenone is an important inter-mediate of medicines and paint. It can be used as the fixative agents of perfume, the protecting agents of micro crystalline petroleum waxes, the improving aggents of the oxsor of sulfite pulping, the promoter of the oxidation of linseed oil and a mild oxidant. It still can accelerate the copolymerization of drying oil and styrene monomer, but inhibt the latter polymerization.
