Anti Static Raised Flooring

Product Description

Our anti-static access panel is made of good quality cold-rolled steel sheet, which is punched, stretched, spot-welded, and coated with epoxy powder after having been phosphoreted. Inside of the panel is filled with foamed and pure cement (425# standard). The surface is stuck with anti-wear and fireproof high pressure laminate (HPL) or PVC tile. The borders are trimmed with conductive rubber edges.
The system is composed of panel, stringer and pedestal.
The floor, pedestal, stringer is four-sides support structure, high stability, all steel components, high intense, and high presicion in size, and good exchanging rate; The surface adopts static coating dealing, has good performance of anti-corruption, and long using time. Anti-static, fire-proof, and dust-proof; The floor is four-sides fixed, and easy to install; Underparts space can be used for air-conditioning, for over-weighting epuipments, only adding pedestal under the floor can solve the problem of bearing; It is easy to dismantle and high repeated using rate.
The stringer and pedestal that are vertically adjustable are connected with screws, which forms the stable bottom bearing. The panel is inlaid in the square lattices enclosed by stringers.
