Hydraulic Butt Welder (BZH-250):
Hydraulic butt welders are suitable for welding of PP/PE pipes and tubes, widely used in welding of high-pressure conveyance pipelines of water, gas, chemicals and other liquids. They are automatic, light, durable, and easy in carrying.

The main machine is provided with dual-clamping unit actuated by a hydraulic cylinder and fixed with leakage-free fast connector. The machine body may be fixed through shift of the fasteners and is able to weld the pipe on the welder with T-shaped tubing.

The hydraulic system is light, easy in maintenance, and of an open structure. It is also fitted with clamps/closing-control manipulation rod and the pressure adjustment valve provides correct welding pressure.

The planer tool is electrically driven through chain and it outwards discharges shavings.

The heating plate is coated with PTFE, provided with independent digital temperature display, timer, voltmeter, digital temperature controller, protective switches, and support for milling tool/heating plate.
