The laser welding machine BZH-250is designed for jewelry welding, hole filling, eyelet removing, crack filling, parts joining, etc. The system offers obvious advantages of smaller and smoother welding spot, deeper welding depth, faster and simpler operation, with comparison to the traditional welding method. The system is suitable for welding of general metals (e. g., stainless steel, 45# steel, and cast iron), alloys (e. g., aluminum alloy) and rare metals (e. g., gold, platinum, silver). Moreover, it is also used in component joint welding for precise metal parts, batteries, glass frames, clocks, watches, and so on. Some of the most important parts are manufactured in UK and Germany to assure their precision and quality.

It's composed by a body and two moveable truss installed on straight track, which driven by hydraulic system.

On the operational panel there equipped with a slip open/close action control bar. The pressure regulating valve provides accurate pressure. The machine equipped with a timer, a voltmeter, a LCD temperature controller, a set of safe switch.

The heating-plate and the cutter were adopted float and overturning structure which ensure the stable cut operation.
Three T-branch/four-branch welding slips and two elbow welding slips were equipped with the machine. This set of slips has all models as¦µ90-¦µ250mm, ¦µ110-315mm.
