2. Theory
Two spools of PVC/PE films are pushed into pre-heating\pre-forming and forming unit through the clamping mechanism, the formed bottle were send to cutting unit, in this unit become one board, one by one, then the cutted boards will drop into the flute and be carried to the filling system by the transverse manipulator, before filling, the censorate would check if there is a board, and at the filling system to have filling. The longitudinal manipulator bring boards to the end heating\first end sealing\second end sealing\printing unit, cutting unit, and cutting apart, then the pre-designed boards were formed, at last they were transferred by the small conveyer belt\big conveyer belt to the box.
