Product Description

Chende UPVC Powder Special Purpose Injection Moulding Machine Series with shot weight ranged from 194grams to 3770grams and clamping force ranged from 80T to 750T.

Based on the design of our general purpose machine, we developed the UPVC powder injection moulding machine that assure the strict production requirement of UPVC products.

Standard Features:
1. Equipped with double core pulling device (each one has two inputs and two outputs to meet the requirement of different UPVC products, especially for pipe products.
2. Hard Chrome plated nozzle (bigger nozzle hole), and nozzle flange, to ensure the quality of UPVC production and extend the life of the mechanical parts.
3. Hard Chrome plated screw which is high corrosion resistant, and the thread design is special for UPVC powder material, ensuring the politicization is complete and even.
4. Barrel: Forced cooling by compressed air through air channels in individual zones with independent control to avoid thermal degradation of UPVC powder in barrel.

5. Enlarged hydraulic motor, to fit the high torque requirement for UPVC plasticization.
6. Japan made CPC or MPC computer controller for CJ300M3 and the lower models.
7. Japan made MPC computer controller for CJ380M3 and the higher models.

Optional Features:
1. Unscrewing Device.
2. Oil cooling for chrome plated screw. (Only available for CJ600M3 and the higher model)
3. Pre-injection function.
4. Proportional of pre-politicization backpressure control
5. Multi-stage cooling of barrel, avoid thermal degradation of UPVC powder in barrel.
