ChenDe M3 PET Special Purpose Injection Moulding Machine Series with shot weight ranged from 252grams to 2664grams and clamping force ranged from 80T to 480T.

According to the material property of PET and the moulding requirement of it, our experienced engineering term designed the machine special for the application. Its mature design satisfies all our customers in PET moulding production.

Standard Features:
1. The thread of the screw is special designed for PET material, ensure the plasticizing being complete and 100% transparence.
2. High strength stainless steel screw and related accessories are long lasting for corrosive environment.
3. Precise multi-stage PID temperature control at barrel and nozzle.
4. Enlarged ejection stroke & ejection force, mould thickness can be increased on request as option.

Options:
1. Proportional backpressure control for pre-plasticizing.
2. CJ180M3 and the models below, variable displacement pump is used, CJ250M3 and the models above, fixed displacement pump is as standard and variable displacement pump is optional.
