Benxi Beitai Cast Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd., affiliated to Beitai Iron and Steel Croup which manufactures ductile cast iron pipe and fittings as a subcontractor for Benxi Beitai Cast Pipe Co., Ltd. Based on good and long production experience of Pipe and Fittings, we developed Beitai brand Ductile Iron Pipe and Fittings, which adopt advanced facility and technology from Model Making, Chemical Composition Analysis, and Machining to Painting.

Benxi Beitai Pipe Fittings Co., Ltd. owns one of the largest Work shop.The production capacity of ductile iron pipes(DN80-2600)  per year can reach fifty thousands tons. We can also produce Ductile Iron fittings(DN80-2600) in accordance with ISO 2531casting fittings workshop through out of China with multiple functions and fine equipment. The factory is well equipped with advanced engineering technology of wood model, iron model, and glass fiber reinforced plastic model. We carry out the quality standards strictly and obtained ISO 9002 certificate. The products are under quality management system controlling. Completed measures for inspections such as metallographic analysis, tension test and pressure test, etc.

The production capacity per year can reach six thousands tons. We can produce Ductile Iron fittings(DN80-2600) in accordance with ISO 2531. BS 4772. en 545. AWWA C110, C153 fitting socket is push-on joint. Flange joints are dimensioned and drilled according to ISO 2531, PN 10, PN 16 and PN 25. All the fittings are class 12 except the tees, which are class k14. The external protection of all the fittings is by zinc and bitumen /epoxy painting according to ISO8179 and the internal protection of all the fittings is by cement mortar acc. to ISO 4179. We also produce and weld various kinds of flange pipes according to the requirement of the customer.

The Beitai brand ductile cast iron fittings are made with the main material of high quality molten iron of ginseng brand with low content of sulfur, phosphorus and other trace elements. The ductile cast iron pipe fittings not only have the properties of high tension strengthen and ductility, but also enjoy the qualities of anti-corrosion and anti-oxidization with the characteristics of the iron and functions of the steel. The ductile cast iron pipe fittings have been widely used in pressurized transmissions of water, gas, and other liquids due to its reasonable performance price proportion, and relatively low cost and easy installation by pliable couplings, which have become a first priority for water supply industry.

In addition to ductile cast iron pipe fittings, we also product various specifications of rubber sealing rings (DN80-2600) which go with the ductile cast iron pipes and fittings. The products have been verified to be up to the criteria required in any technical index by the State Supervision and Testing Center for Rubber Product Quality. Bitumen used for painting pipes and fittings is another kind of main product we produce.
