The T-slots on the working surface of the plate are used to fix the workpiece to be inspected.
The material of the plate is high-strength cast iron HT200-300, and the hardness of the working surface is HB170-240. After two times of manual handling (artificial annealing at 600-700 degrees centigrade and 2-3 years of natural aging), the product has a good abrasion-resistance and accuracy.
In accordance with the national standard, there are four accuracy grades for the plate: Grade 0, Grade 1, Grade 2 and Grade 3
