2, IPI (Initial Production Inspection)
For critical orders, before mass production release, it is very important that all production tools, materials are prepared on schedule, Correct reference samples were sighed, and relevant workers were well trained to your standards and requirements. In this IPI service, Goldencert engineer also help to find out the key problems and core processes which need to be closely supervised in the coming production. And help to set up proper QA/QC plan

3, DPI (During production inspection).
To avoid any problems come to the end production causes extra rework &repair cost and shipment delay, DPI service can help to find out any problems with the products and manufacturing processes at early beginning and put them right. Including trouble-shooting in production line and prepare corrective &preventive action plan

4, FRI (Final Randomly Inspection)/Pre-shipment inspection).
FRI is the final gate before your goods shipped, to avoid any substandard goods are shipped and causes any complaints/claims even products recalling, a FRI service is a must.

5, Final 100% Checking.
To make sure your goods are shipped with "Zero defect", your need a Final 100% Checking service.

6, CLS(Container loading supervision)
