Product features
Jacket ball valve recommended for transmission easy condensation crystallization medium. Small size, light weight, flow stable, and small flow resistance, thus, it is very suitable for transportation the medium which condensate easily and high viscous. Due to the outer jacket with a good seal and adequate space for heat exchangers, heat-efficient, low energy consumption, so the valve can maintain at any temperature set.
Before start, we should reheat the medium to make them in fluid as they are easily in condensation during the pipeline down time. Otherwise, the condensation substances on the valve spare parts will damage the valve seal. To avoid this things happen, Canaan suggest using metal jacket ball valve for tough situations.
Structure features
Excellent flow characteristics
As the valve diameter same as the pipeline, therefore, the medium can flow straightly with small resistance, especially suitable for the medium which is easy solidified and in high viscosity.
Small size and light weight
Compared to common valves, ball valves are in small dimension, and the jacket ball valve is much smaller and lighter.
Excellent cold and heat preservation
Due to jacket ball valve in overall design, the heat and cold preservation will more equal distribution.
Solid insulation layer and well sealed
Due to welded jacket, valve outside and jacket tube, it makes the jacket ball valve jacket more reliable seal. The maximum pressure of steam or cooling water is 10 kgf/cm² (1MPa), while ensuring that no leaking.
