SIWI GPS L1/L2 survey antenna is a high performance rugged active antenna with precise phase center that is designed to operate at GPS L1(1575. 42MHz)and L2(1227. 6MHz) frequencies. This antenna is ideal for precise surveying and other kinematic applications.

SIWI GPS L1/L2 survey antenna is coupled with high performance filters and high-gain LNA. These allow L1/L2 survey antenna to be used with longer coaxial cable and improve immunity to other RF signals for reliable performance in hostile RF jamming environment. The antenna is optimized to receive right-hand-circularly-polarized signals and its radiation pattern is shaped to reduce signals arriving at low elevation angles: These features decrease the errors associated with electromagnetic interference and multipath.

Its sealed radome allows the antenna to be used in severe weather and hostile environment and the antenna's lightweight and impact size ensure its portability.

Both the input DC power and the output RF signal flow over a single coaxial cable connected to the unit's TNC female connector.
