Product Description

1. MK1320 CNC cylindrical grinding machine for mass production.

2. Imported Japanese Fanuc 0I-Mate-TD 2-axis coordinating CNC system. (can also be configured other numerical control system according to user's requirements. )

3. Configured the ZHONGYUAN automatic precision measuring instruments to test on line, realized closed-loop auto-grinding cycle, in order to ensure the precision of working size;

4. Using AC servo motor through ball screw is equipped to dive the feeding of wheelhead and worktable separately.

5. Wheelhead and worktable guide with plastic guide to improve its anti-vibration and sensitivity;

6. Combination with independent electrical cbinet, oil tank and machine, have the advantages of small and nice appearance, little floor apace etc;

7. Tailstock sleeve have the function of hydraulic pressure and telescopic with precision ball linear motion;

8. An automatic quantitative lubrication is installed to make sure the guide rail and screw lubricant;

9. Machine protection is fully closed configuration to ensure safe operation.
