RSD-100A CARPET ROUND CUTTING MACHINE

1. PRODUCT USES
The product is applied to cut ultra-thick fabrics, such as carpet, leatherette, etc.

2. CHARACTERISTICS
1.)The baseplate of the product has been improved. It is made of high-hardness, anti-wear materials. The three rollers at the bottom in the traditional Round Cutting Machine has been replaced by four bearings, which can enhance the anti-wear ability and prolong its service life. The small pushing resistance and light running lower the noises when working in the guide rail. The above techniques have been applied for the national patent.
2.) The main spare parts, worms and worm gears, have been enhanced, which are of ultra wear-resistance, high precision, high speed, etc, to make the rotate speed twice more than the Round Cutting Machine. And the techniques has been applied for the national patent.
3.) The machine has the features of efficiency, high power, small resistance, low noise, strong safety, smooth operation, straight cutting edges, etc. It has an auto-sharpening device. The machine is simple and convenient to operate. And it is the optimal cutting machine to cut ultra-thick fabrics, such as carpet.
