1. Easy operation: Once the air charging is correctly setted, the production can be kept on constant and product quality can be guaranteed.
2. Hot air system: Wire enameling oven have the new fresh air/ hot air stable system, the oven body is longer than the others, this also increase the velocity of the wire.
3. Power saving: 30- 50% of electricity can be saved.

4. Shorter pre-heating time: Wireenameling oven only need 60 min to heat up to 500C, which suitable for the small quantity production.
5. New design: Use the high quality catalyst, if with the unaffected catalytic poison varnish and the temperature be controlled under 650C, the life of the catalyst can be expected to 3-4 years.
6. Use the hot air dryer, even with the high velocity, the DV value can be kept between 25-30.

7. Wire enameling machine can prevent the vibration of the high aped wire in the oven, the wires stick together also can be avoided.
8. A steam generator is equipped, which is helping for exhaust gas and energy saving.
