Corn Starch Preparation is mainly sold to South Korea. The ingredients are: 88.5% corn starch, 11% malto dextrin and 0.5% fine salt, or 88.5% corn starch and 11.5% malto dextrin. It has almost the same functions as native corn starch. It is prepared to legally avoid high customs duties on pure native corn starch.
