Our leading product is the copper clad aluminum wire, which is produced with the production process of cladding welding drawing method, by cladding planished copper belt concentrically on the outer surface of the aluminium line, via several times of drawing and heat treatment, to meet customers' technical requirement on line diameter, mechanics and electrics capacity. There forms a firm atom metallurgy combination between the copper layer and the aluminum core. Its surface is bright and smooth without any default. Therefore the copper clad aluminum wire is featured of both the samll density of aluminum and the good conductivity of copper. This kind of double-metal compound wire is used as the conductor in coaxial cables. It not only has high signal transmission property, but also has characteristics such as low weight and low production cost.

The copper-clad aluminium conductor which produced by our company has two states, soft and rigid. It can be divided into 10% and 15% if a ccording to copper plate. 20 degrees DC resistivity are 0.02743 ¦¸. Mm 2 /m and = 0.02676O ¦¸. Mm 2 /m. And nominal density are 3.32g/cm 3 and 3.63g/cm 3, It is ( 37-40 ) % of fine copper lead. Aspect ratio with same specification and weight is 1: 2.5 - 2.7.
