Located in the beautiful city of Wuxi and with copper and aluminum material manufacturing plants as its subordinate companies, Chengfeng Heli Metal Products Co., Ltd is a professional enterprise dealing with non-ferrous metals in Eastern China.

The copper factory, with total investment of 8 million US Dollars, covers an area of more than 33300 square meters and starts production in July of 2005. It is specialized in producing high precision copper and brass sheet, strip and fin material. The company has been verified by ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environment system certification.

The factory is well-organized with short production process flow and high level equipment, including horizontal continuous casting line, four high reversible rough rolling mill, four high reversible finishing mill, strong convective bell type bright annealing furnace, slitting line and surface treatment line. Meanwhile, there are a full set of mechanical and chemical testing facilities, like spectrometer imported from Germany, micro-control tensile strength tester, digital displaying cup punching machine, etc in the plant to ensure of high quality.

The copper and brass sheet, strip and foil are mainly used for radio-frequency cable, automobile heat exchangers, heat transfer for vessel and power generating set, high precision electronic applications, military buttons, etc. The yearly output capacity reaches 20000 Tons.

Compared with our copper factory, the aluminum factory is relatively new. But we′re determined to bring it up to a professional scale. With a total investment of half billion US Dollars, it covers more than 80 million square meters and starts operation in 2014. The factory is specialized in producing aluminum sheet, strip and foil for heat exchangers, special aluminum alloy material applied in areas of construction, aviation, railway, vessel manufacturing and other high-end equipment production. The company has full set of advanced melting, vacuum brazing, hot rolling, cold rough rolling, cold finishing rolling, annealing, slitting and other production equipment. It also has complete set of mechanical and chemical testing facilities including tensile strength tester, metallographic analyzer, cup punching machine, brazing mechanical testing equipment to ensure the quality and performance of our products to reach internationally high level.

Meanwhile, according to customers′ requirements, we also offer services of sourcing and export of copper and brass tube, aluminum tube, heat exchangers, solder bar for brazing, etc.
