Seven Functions of the Analog Printing by the ink proofer:
1.The multi-stage proofer can print color stripes of different colors at the same time,or print a same ink color stripe in different ink thicknesses.It can also print new and old ink on the same printing material to make comparision,and provide highly effective color comparision.
2.Luster,hue and color concentration may be checked to ensure a high-quality of printing.
3.Print simple color stripe for the customer to approve or achive before printing.
4.When the special color ink color stripe  used by the proofer dries,the color of the special after drying can bu found.(For example:the phenomenon that purple color and deep blue color will turn to red after drying can be eliminated before printing.)
5.Used along with the ink injector,the used quantity of the special color ink can be anticipated,thus greatly reduce the remnant ink wastage and store accumulation.
6.Work with spectrodensitometer to check color and data value of the color stripe(Lab value)may be measurable.
7.Cooperation with other relevant instruments to forsee the features of the ink such as abrasion resistance,hardening time.

1. The machine allows operation to be more humanized and intuitive due to its adoption of the microcomputer automatic control system and a HD LCD screen with all functional parameter information displayed in details.

2. The built-in three ink distributing modes are personalized, satisfying different operation habits and special usages.

3. It supports positioning during movement, intermittent and regular approaching, and free time and speed setting (available to set ink distributing time between 1sec and 200sec for each level and set speed as high, medium and low).

4. For movement, there are three modes of Medium-term Positioning, No Movement and Soft Start available for setting, so as to reduce the color unevenness on the left and right sides and prevent misting.

5. Built-in high precision synchronous motor can display accurately the current ink proofing pressure. Only with a simple press, can the ink proofing pressure be adjusted to current demanded value automatically.

6. The proper and accurate ink proofing pressures can be obtained for all materials with different thicknesses. The pressure could be adjusted within minus 1-40 to 1-80.

7. The ink proofing speed can be preset in modes (adjustable among high, medium and low).

8. The printing rubber roll can be customized into that with two, three or four color segments, so as to meet the needs under various practical use conditions and analyze more intuitively the contrast and accuracy of current ink swatches.

9. A 30MM light color area is set on the color bar for secondary display and for more accurate contrast of the difference of two colors during ink comparison.

10. Users can select to use either common ink printing rolls or UV rolls according to their actual needs. Various printed materials are supported, including newsprint, offset paper, coated paper, painting paper, writing paper, brown paper, gold card, silver card, etc., thus realizing the multi-purpose function.

11. In cleaning mode, the metal roll may rotate alone or together with the ink roller (clean & leave, clean & combine).

12. The cleaning speed is divided into three levels: high, medium and low. Users may set the speed as they like so as to ensure handy, safe and convenient operation.
