Used high-intensity ESD shielding mylar, nylon, metallic foil and polyethylene by multi-complicated technologies.
Special technologies applied to meet the technical request of FTIR, ICC NVR, LPC and DHS, as well as anti-static and shielding capability.
The whole procudure is completely under controlled from the plastic particulate to final product, and the final capability is in accordance with the progress of HGA, HSA technology.
The whole procedure environment meets clean requirement, and the final products can be used in the cleanroom.
