Our company independently develops high-speed thin-wall tube NC vertical band-sawing machine, now it has passed acceptance by Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Department as a new technological product at provincial level. The machine is mainly used to cut thin-wall tubes of aluminum, copper and other alloys. Its line speed is 10 times of that of common sawing machinery, reaching 1000mm/min. Cut of the processed thin-wall tube have a smooth surface without burrs, much better than that processed by a common sawing machine.

It adopts novel environment-friendly high-efficient technology of spraying cooling, and the cooling efficiency is 5-10 times higher than that of common cooling ways and it causes no polluting harmful for human, machinery and environment.

This machine is elaborately designed integrating mechanical, electrical and hydraulic high technologies, being a new generating of NC multi-function band sawing machine.
