Purpose: Solenoid valves of this series can be used in the situation of normal temperature, normal pressure and low pressure, fit the self-regulation of pipelines of such corrosive media and media with grains as hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, electroplating solution, oil, coal gas, LPG, aromatic solvent, aliphatic solvent, etc. And they are widely used in such industries as lab equipments, medical apparatuses, pharmacy, plating and hull painting, washing apparatuses and agriculture appliances, etc. ZF4 is the first choice of automatic regulating project, project reconstruction and equipment matching.
Structure Feature:
Scope of working pressure: -0.1~0.8Mpa, especially applicable in low pressure system
Anticorrosive valve bodies are made from polytetrafluoroethylene (Plastic King)
Low leakage: Adoption of direct acting style, diaphragm type hermetical structure, zero leakage ratio
No special requirement of installation, the valve can be installed in all directions.
Alternating current-direct current modules are installed in the coils to reduce the temperature rise, to prevent the noise. Power consumption is a half of the similar products.
The diaphragm is made of fluoroelastomer; Medium fluid is totally separated from other metal components. Especially applicable in strong acid, alkali liquid and ultra clean media.
