Printing Department response

Our printing department worked with the client to finalize design specs and we able to offer cost saving suggestions.

Quote Submission

Sales Department then promptly submitted 3 prices for 3 different quantities which we forwarded to client. In this formal quote all details regarding the project, logistics, lead time, banking Information and any relevant pictures.

Order

The client placed an order and forwarded us the artwork using Key Corp's FTP website.

Production sample

Photographs of production sample were sent to client and approved. (Please note we will be able to send the sample for physical inspection with time permitting)

Production Begins

QC Inspection

Our QC department then performed an independent inline and final inspection for the order based on ISO and AQL guidelines. A report was then generated and approved, the final payment was made and we prepared the goods for shipping.

Goods delivered to clients door (DDP)

In this particular case we also helped arrange the shipping custom clearance and all documentation.
