Use:
This machine is used for slitting and rewinding various large rolling materials such as paper, (20g/m2~300g/m2 cellophane paper, bill paper), double-face adhesive tape, PVC, weave material, BOPP. PET, nonwoven cloth, etc.
Performance and Characteristics:
1. This machine use microcomputer control, magnetic powder clutch style tension control, and also with central winding style.
2. Main machine use the slip motor for timing.
3. It has the functions of automatic metering, automatic alarm, etc.
4. Adopt A and B pneumatic shaft structure for rewinding.
5. It adopts photoelectric automatic error correction adjustment system for unwinding, anomalistic materials will be easy slit. (or liquid press style subtense system)
6. Equipped with automatic waste film blowing device.
7. Manual material loading for unwinding (or pneumatic automatic material loading) with taper cover style pneumatic shaft. (3" or 6")
