Product Description

Multiple Three-In-One Carton(Case) Pasting Machine works with double machine heads. It can glue two kinds of boxes at the same time, also can be used for special large boxes when double machinery combined.

Easy to operate, even for untrained operator.

Sample boxes for gluing: Heaven and Earth covered carton series, crashlock bottom carton series. Veneered carton series, cover-inserted and crashlock bottom carton series.

Suitable box type corrugated boxes, color cartons, and card boxes.

Functions and Features
Feeding paper automatically, it is applicable for pasting all kinds of different and special boxes and cases.
Simple adjustment in operation and fast in changing tasks. The production speed can be controlled flexibly. The speed range is 1-60 meters per minute.
Coda photoelectric sensor automatic brake device ensures continuous production.
Soft leather belt gives paper to ensure sending paper without pause.
Emery wheel grinds UV gluing spot to ensure the perfect effect and the strength of gluing.
Double pasting wheel glue-jetting device adapts different size of sticking, which can save glue by 50%.
Providing with the standard pneumatic pressure table, the machine can make cartons with different specifications proficiently.
Production is efficient, 2 times higher than the traditional manual pasting. The quality of the products can be assured more.
