I. Features
Automatic organ-device for paper and cardpaper width adjustment. Conveying belt is made of imported PVC material, with long life span, easy maintenance and high stability. Sheet-pushing chain is adopted with imported double-row type, running steadily and not easy to distort.

Equipped with inverter, efficient and strong motor controlls the speed automatically, which makes the machine stable and power-saving. The machine is used to laminate paperboard with board or A flute, B flute, E flute, F flute and 5-layer cardboard.

II. Structural description:
1. Feida vacuum sucker-feed system is albe to put paper accurately into the machine. Paper-recycling reactor can pile up next batch of paper towels without stop and thus enhances the operating efficiency.

2. BODY PAPER TRANSMISSON BELT
The suction force produced by the powerful motor goes through the holed belt thus to absorb the body paper, which makes paper be sent out smoothly and accurately.

3. GLUE APPLICATION AND STICKING SECTION
Fully automatic glue replenishing system can automatically detect and replenish glue lost during the sticking course, and coordinate with glue circulation and recycling thus to avoid the glue from being wasted. Glue thickness adjustable regulatory allows adjustment of glue thickness depending on actual size of paper to be stuck. The special meshwork design & precision grinding processing on the adhesive-applying roller makes the adhesive coating more thinner and more even, thus to save adhesive and prevent the coating from separation from the adhesive.

4. PAPER-PUSH AND ALIGNMENT SECTIONAccordion type paper width adjusting unit allows easy adjustment. Upper and lower paper push claws push the upper paper in a synchronous manner into the sticking section; Side board alignment mechanism maintains a standard degree of sticking precision for the pushed paper in a well structuresd way. The phasing adjustment system which is easy to adjust can adjust the dimensions accurately to cut down the loss caused by errors, and could also be used for operation when the machine is running.

5. TRANSMISSION SYSTEM
Adopts powerful synchronous belt as a main transmission component, with high efficiency, low noise and easy maintenance.

6. CONVEYOR SECTION
Imported high quality pressurized transmission belt is durable and wear-resistant with a high degree of stability, and is also easy to maintain. It utilizes a speed/ratio controller to adjust the speed, , and has a wider scope of high-speed operation, thus to meet the various needs for different paper sheets. It is also easier to operate.
