Never boil over again. Simply place on your saucepan and it's ready to use!
It's ingenious-it really works! For milk, pasta, rice and other food stuffs that are prone to boiling over. Thanks to the lid the hob stays clean nothing boils over again!
Available in three size: ( small, medium and large ). For saucepans that have a diameter of 14_28cm with a smooth, even rim.
. Before using, wash with warm water.
Flower lid is made of 100% food complying silicone.
. Heat resistant to a continuous 230centigrade and to highest temperature of 300 centigrade.
. How to use:
. Place the flower lid over the saucepan before starting to cook.
. Check the saucepan size and choose the appropriate flower lid.
The flower lid has to be at least 2cm larger than the saucepan.
. Any boiling liquid will stay within the lid and then drain back into the saucepan.
. Caution
. If the insert is open do not remove the lid.
Recommendation:
Remove the saucepan from the hob or turn down the temperature before lifting the lid, otherwise hot steam can escape. Once cooled use oven gloves /pot holder. In some
Cases, over time, the cover may take on the colour of some stronger food stuffs; This will not effect it's function.
1. To stir or add ingredinents: Lift the lid with the free hand as shown.
2. After switching off: The heat, lift the lid with both hands and drain liquid back into the saucepan.
3. Ideal for steaming vegetables: Are a reduced heat and no briskly boiling.
4. Save energy by using the flower insert to control the heat: Reduce the heat when the liquid has reached boiling point. The flower insert will then close or fluter slightly.
5. Effective splatter guard: For the microwave. When using with dishes, turn the lid and fix flower insert at the backside.
