Product Description

Chemical name: Stilbene derivative
Appearance: Grey powder
Fluorescent Color: Slight bluish
Whitening strength: 100 plus/minus 3( compared with standard sample)
Moisture: ≤6%
Ionic character: Anionic

Treating process:
1. Exhausting whitening process:
4BK: 0.05-0.8% (o. W. F. ), 4BKth ratio: 1: 30, dyeing temperature: 40degree -100degree; Na2SO4: 0-10g/l., start temperature: 30 degree, heating rate: 1-2 degree/min, keep the temperature at 50-100 for 20-40min, then lower to 50-30 degree --> wash--> dry( 100 degree ) --> setting (120 degree -150 degree )*1-2 min( add proper amount
Leveling agent according to the leveling effect).
2. Padding Process:
4BK: 0.5-5g/l, residue liquor ratio: 100%, one dip and nip --> dry( 100 degree)
-->setting (120 degree -150 degree )*1-2 min
Use: Mainly be used as brightener of cotton, linen, silk, polyamide fiber, wool and paper.
Package: It is packed in 20Kgs paper board bucket...It can be packed according to the requirement of the user.
