Intro:
The would iron core is used high conducted silicon steel. After being coiled into sealed frame, then the core is annealed. So it has big filling coefficient.
No air seam in magnetic path. High and low voltage windings are continuously coiled on the core, compact and tight. It is with features like low loss, low noise, high technology, energy saving and environmental protection. It could be widely used in power distribution networks

Transforme Main functions and characters
1. Iron coil the coiled to fixed form, no cutting, no seam, big filling coefficient;
2. Annealing treatment to core;
3. No seam on the iron core, decrease largely magnetic resistance, no-load loss current is reduced by 60-80%;
4. Continuously coiling uses the advantage of silicon steel, and no-load loss is reduced by 20-30%;
5. After being annealed, the core's magnetic-conduction feature could recover to its original level;
6. Wound iron core bears no seam. Owing to its compact structure, the noise goes down below 10 DB
