Product Description
The container can be disassembled to roof, bottom, corner post, side panel, roll-up door and other parts, so that it can be transported economically.
The assembly way is that the screw connects with the bolt. And the threading screw, the corner post and the bolt connects with each other. The precision of drilling is highly required.
The bottom rails are made of strong material, so that they support the application of liftinng loaded by forklift, and placement on the ground without wheels.
The struture of the roof panels are allowed for stacking.
The parts are interchangeable. That means that the panel can be installed at anyplace such as foreside or right and left side.

The center distance of the bolt's hole which connects the corner post is coincident. The position of the bolt's hole which is on the top panel and the position of the top panel have high precision.

After assembly, the container must be accord with the external size's requirement. In order to ensure they are interchangeable, we use jig and fixture to process them.
