Q1. What kind of payments you accept?
---We accept Bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union, and Escrow etc. according to the exact order amount.
Q2. Delivery time?
--- Within 1-2 working days for standard products in stock.
   If it is customized order, the delivery time depends on your exact requirements.
Q3. How about warranty and procedure?
---- 1). All products are full tested before shipment.
2). We accept 100% inspection before delivery.
3). We provide 13-month warranty from the shipping date.
If the products have any problems when you use it, you could contact us, our engineers will help solve it.
If the products still have problems after contacting our engineers, you could return us the bad one for maintenance. And then we will send back good items to you ASAP.
4). We offer 0.1% spare parts on basis of F.O.C.

--- Yes, there is EU, UK, US, AU etc. standards of plugs are available. The adapter we send to you is accordingly to your country standard or your request.
Q5: Do your accept the R&D of OEM or ODM software or Apps?
