Metal flat gasket is mechanically made from integral metal. The available it include: Soft iron flat gasket, SS304 flat gasket, SS316 flat gasket, carbon steel flat gasket, SS321 flat gasket. It is mainly used in the joint part of high-temperature, high-pressure pipeline, tower, groove and heat exchanger. It is suitable for steam industry. It is also used in petroleum industry and petrochemistry. It is used in PH: 0-14. It is used in pressure: 20MPa. It is used in medium: Acid or alkali, solvent, steam. And it is used temperature -200-650c.
Corrugated gaskets has a corrugated metal core normally stainless steel or carbon steel. And some of it has expanded graphite facings. It can be punched Eyelet. It can also coated Anti-stick upon request. It is new style gaskets with a wide chemical compatibility for standard pipline duties, heat exchangers, vessels, reactors. There are SS304 it, SS304L it, ss316 it, ss316l it, carbon steel it, copper it, tinplate it, ect. It can be also made of some special type of marel. The metal of it is base on the temperature, preesure and liquid.
