Product Description

- Function: Extrude EPS and pelletize

FIRST STAGE:
- Screw vessel A: Made with 45# steel, screw inlet inlayed with special antifriction alloy
- Screw diameter: Dia 160, long dia. Ratio 160*200*640
- Motor A: 15 kw, 4P, general motor
- Mould: Round mould head
- Electric heating cycle A: Stainless steel, copper
- Electric cabinet: Digital display meters
- Heat Loop: Stainless steel cuprum

SECOND STAGE:
- Gear box: ZLYJ173 strong hard-teeth surface, made of top qualified special alloy.
- Screw vessel B: Made with 38CrMoAl, screw inlet inlayed with special antifriction alloy.
- Screw diameter: Dia 90, long dia. Ratio 90*130*850.
- Motor B: 5.5 kw, 4P, timing motor.
- Die head B: Hydraulic mould head.
- Heat loop B: Stainless steel cuprum.
- Cooling water sink: Stainless steel Sheet (2000mm), with water suck blower 1.1 kw.
- Granule cutter: Dia140*140, horizontal (2.2 kw, 4P, timing motor).
- Hopper: Stainless iron material.
- Crushing & Baiting system: Foam crusher, suction blower, suction pipe, silo.
