Cleanstar Technology is located in a romantic coastal city Zhuhai---an internationally renowned beautiful city. It is founded in 1997 with two subsidiaries: Zhuhai Cleanstar Cleaning Technology Ltd. (engages in producing printing environmental-protection drug sets, environmental-protection industry detergents series, environmental-protection water treatment series), and Zhuhai Cleanstar Wet End Chemical Technology Ltd. (provides and jointly develops the chemical test technology for pulp wet end). We have passed ISO9001 quality certification in May 2002; Our main products were certificated with the environmentally-friendly symbol by the State Environmental Protection Administration in the same year; We are the first certificated enterprise in this industry.

Under the strategy of sustainable development, Zhuhai Cleanstar Cleaning Institute in cooperation with renowned Germany RD organizations and famous Chinese aviation experts, has tackled the task of "environmentally-friendly alkali-free de-oil technology" and "environmentally-friendly non-acid de-rust technology", and rolled out "Cleanstar" series cleaning products, the advent of which signifies the end of our environmentally-harmfully cleaning method. In consideration of labor effectiveness, it is not only up to safe cleaning, neutral cleaning, and environmentally-friendly cleaning, but also quickened the cleaning speed and reduced the cleaning cost. We have now owned almost one hundred types of products for industries like train, military, water, printing, car, motorcycle, etc. Our products have been widely used in the factories in Guangdong, Chongqing, Hunan, Hebei, Zhejiang, Liaoning etc and are highly regarded by our customers. 1. CS-T101 had passed the expert identification by Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics in October 2001 and passed the professional environmental protection identification by State Environmental Protection Administration in August 2002.

2. CS-Y17 oil disperser passed the test by the Environment Protection Center of the State Communication Ministry in October 2002 and was certificated by the Maritime Safety Administration of PRC.

3. CS-Y13 environmentally-friendly printing detergent (also called car-washing water) was certificated the environmental signal product etc. By the State Environmental Protection Administration in October 2002.

Under the strategy of clean production, Zhuhai Cleanstar Wet End Chemical Technology Ltd., supported by renowned Chinese RD institutes and in cooperation with renowned overseas wet end chemical factories and experts, has solved the task of "the test and control technology of paper-making wet end chemical system" and has rolled out "Cleanstar" wet end specialty chemicals. Over the years, we have been engaging in developing the monitoring and control technology of paper-making wet end system in cooperation with many paper manufacturers of different types of paper and have developed the basic theory of controllable wet end, which is derived from and based on "water-based chemical theory" and the wet end effect. This theory rewrote and rectified the existing overseas basic theory and part of the application theory of wet end chemistry. It effectively solved many water-based chemistry related paper problems, improved some physical parameters related to water-based chemistry, reduced the paper cost related to water-based chemistry, controlled and improved the technical parameters related to water-based chemistry.
