BG32V (2 cups)/BG60V (4 cups) cups automatic fill-seal-cut machine is widely used in filling and sealing various kinds of plastic cups for liquid. It can automatically complete the process of cup-dropping, filling, sealing, and cup-falling in one operation. V model is especially designed for pick-place aluminum foil cover that is already cut in one piece, not film in roll.

Large power AC motor driving mechanism is adopted. For 4 cups model, it can either driven by motor or pneumatic method. Cup-dropping and cover-sucking unit adopt pneumatic method.
