MZ-828 45° 90° Pneumatic aluminum materialsline corner cutter

THE USE METHODS
*The selected power source is three-phase four-wire 380V/50Hz. It should be connected with zero line to confirm the rotation direction. Meantime this equip ment is required to be connected with ground.
*Loosen the handle (1), cut angle position the cut angle, tightly press the air cylinder (2), it can be swinged left and right. Open the hand-operated air valve (3), air cylinder (2), i. E. Tightly press the machining alum inium materials, shut(3), then loosen it. Move the lenght positioning(4), the machining aluminium materals can be confirmed then. Step down the pedal switch(5), the corner can be cut then.

*It adopts the pneumatic compression machining part with uniform sawing. The speed can also be regulated.
*It only needs to tightly press the air cylinder position for 45° 90° Sawing with easy operation.
*Special height limiting saw cutting. You only need to regulate air cylinder spacing nut, control the saw cutting

*It is a high precision corner cutter for aluminum materials, wooden lines, plastic steel, furniture, indoor decoration.
